I have never given any online review, but I figured our story and experience with Concrete Pros Columbia warranted telling: After hearing the names of a few other companies, we had 3 other companies give us bids for a new driveway last spring. We signed a bid with one indicating we wanted to proceed with the work only to then be ghosted by the company for a few months. We attempted to contact this company a couple of times, but they continued to not follow through on doing the work despite telling us they would. Finally, we decided to get other bids. We contacted Concrete Pros Columbia after doing our own online research. Within 20 minutes of contacting Concrete Pros Columbia, Kirk followed up with me. After hearing our story, he then asked for our address and showed up at our house another 20 minutes later to give us an estimate. He and Ray then worked with their crews to make sure our driveway was done within two weeks before the weather got too cold to do the work so we didn't have to wait any longer than we already had. They were accommodating when we wanted to extend the driveway a foot on one side, and they even contacted us a week later to tell us they realized that we overpaid and they needed to refund us $250 because of an "option" we ended up not getting. Mind you, we would not have known that this option was not in the concrete and that we overpaid. Their work is top notch, their customer service is impeccable, and their integrity is unmatched. We will not hesitate to use Concrete Pros Columbia again for any needs we have in the future and will be telling all of our friends who need work done that there is no better company to work with!
